When should I request a pending account?
Pending accounts should be requested for competing segments and for new awards.

What documentation is required, in addition to the request form for pending accounts?

An at risk or pending account can not be requested more than a month in advance of when the award is supposed to begin.

No, an at risk or pending account will not be established if the previous year is still at risk or pending.

How long is an account allowed to be coded at risk or pending?
